The YLH series hydraulic pump is a clearance compensation internal meshing gear pump with a fixed displacement, which has the following advantages: high working pressure - the maximum operating pressure can reach 35MPa· High volumetric efficiency - radial and axial pressure compensation devices are designed, which still have high volumetric efficiency even at low speeds and low viscosity· Low pressure pulsation - extremely low flow and pressure pulsation, stable flow and pressure output can still be maintained under low-speed conditions· Low noise - ultra-low noise, using high-strength pump body materials and optimized design of internal operating components, even in high-pressure and high-speed working conditions, it has low noise· Wide speed range - the lowest speed can reach 200r/min and the highest speed can reach 3000r/min· Strong anti pollution ability - insensitive to oil pollution and long service life. This series of products can be widely used in industries such as plastic machinery, leather machinery, pressure machinery, metallurgical machinery, and hydraulic systems for forklifts, especially in energy-saving systems driven by servo frequency conversion.
